Questions, answered

How much does Fur Circle cost?

Fur Circle is free for one dog, with a circle of up to 4 people, the shared care log, reminders and health records.

Premium adds up to 4 dogs, bigger circles, unlimited reminders, more health records, weight trends and Companion. Family covers up to 12 dogs and shares the plan with up to 5 people in your household. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, and you can cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play settings.

Do the people I invite have to pay?

No. Family, friends and sitters join your dog’s circle for free. Your plan decides how many people can join.

Who can see my dog’s health records?

Only your dog’s owners, and anyone you choose to share them with. You decide what each person in your circle can see and do, and the database enforces it, not just the app.

Fur Circle staff can’t see your dogs’ private health and care records by default. We don’t sell your information, and we never use health records for advertising. Read the Privacy Policy.

Which devices does it work on?

iPhone, iPad and Android phones and tablets. You can also sign in on the web at furcircle.app, and everything stays in sync.

Can I add more than one dog?

Yes. The free plan includes one dog, Premium up to 4 and Family up to 12. Each dog can have its own circle.

Does Fur Circle replace my vet?

No. Fur Circle helps you keep track of your dog’s care and share it with your vet. It doesn’t diagnose or recommend treatment. In an emergency, call your vet or an emergency animal hospital.

How does the Shop make money?

Some Shop links are affiliate links: Fur Circle may earn a commission when you buy through them. It doesn’t change what you pay, and retailers don’t get your information from us.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile, then Delete account. It takes effect straight away. See Support for details or to ask us by email.
